You will find that many of our members belong to a mixture of these organisations depending on what disciplines that enjoy participating in.
How to find the PSA Range
Click here to be taken to the ZoomIn website for a map to:
132 Sievers Grove (back property)
When you arrive at the site, follow the drive up the hill to the left behind number 128 (it is a dirt road !)
If the bottom gate (at the end of the tarseal) is closed, this means there are currently no PSA members on the range and you will need to return back onto the main road to await a club member to arrive to unlock.
If it is open, then proceed up the dirt road to the next gate.
You will come to gate which has a red flag flying, indicating that live fire is underway. Proceed through the gate (closing it behind you) up to the car park, and find a space to park your vehicle. Then come down to join the team on the pistol range.
Etiquette on the range
Practice creates good habits...
When you are on the range, don't be afraid to muck in and help. The team will provide instructions on what needs to be done during the days course of fire, or just tag along with someone and lend them a hand with what they are doing. The more people who help, the quicker and smoother the day progresses and the more fun that we all have.
At all times, the Range Officer and Range Master have the final say.
Their job is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and all members and visitors are safe in their pracetice and application at all times.
Their word is the final say !
